Benzion Mendelsohn, son of Israel Mendelsohn and Frimeta Mauer. He was born in Poland, in Zabno, on December 10 1932. He was arrested in Castelnuovo Garfagnana (Lucca). He was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. He did not survive the Shoah.
