Jacob Musafija, son of Kalmi Musafja and Matilde Rifka. He was born in Yugoslavia, in Sarajevo, on November 8 1895. He was arrested in Florence (Florence). He was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. He did not survive the Shoah.
