Arthur Aaron Neisser, son of Alberto Neisser and Sofia Appenkum. He was born in Germany, in Berlin, on April 6 1875. He was the widower of Helene Burger. He was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. He did not survive the Shoah.
