Lazzaro Cesare Valobra, son of Leone Valobra and Zeffora Bachi. He was born in Italy, in Turin, on September 25 1868. He was married with Angela Lattes . He was arrested in Saluzzo (Cuneo). He was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. He did not survive the Shoah.
