Sara Benatar, figlia di Nissim Benatar e Rosa Hasson è nata a Rodi (Isole Egee del Dodecaneso) l' 8 luglio 1920. Arrestata a Rodi (Isole Egee del Dodecaneso). Deportata nel campo di sterminio di Auschwitz. È sopravvissuta alla Shoah.
