Virginia Gattegno, daughter of Shalom Carlo Gattegno and Marcella Luzzatto. She was born in Italy, in Rome, on July 31 1923. She was arrested in Rhodes (Dodecanese Aegean Islands). She was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. She survived the Shoah.
Virginia Gattegno, figlia di Shalom Carlo Gattegno e Marcella Luzzatto è nata in Italia a Roma il 31 luglio 1923. Arrestata a Rodi (Isole Egee del Dodecaneso). Deportata nel campo di sterminio di Auschwitz. È sopravvissuta alla Shoah.
